Manage your plan and billing
See your plan, trial and next bill under Settings, Billing, upgrade from the Free Sandbox to Sublime Live, and change your plan or card through Stripe.

- Free Sandbox costs nothing. A card is saved at sign-up but never charged on that plan.
- Sublime Live is charged when you go live, based on your active learner count, with monthly or annual billing and no long-term commitment. AI features and Read Aloud are part of Sublime Live.
The Billing screen Link to “The Billing screen”
Open Settings and choose Billing to see your plan, trial dates, active learners, the monthly estimate, your next bill and the card on file.
- To upgrade, choose Upgrade to Sublime Live and pick monthly or annual billing.
- Pay on Stripe. A trial keeps running until that payment completes, and Sublime Live features switch on as soon as it does.
- To change your plan or payment method later, choose Change plan.
