Training and cohort workspaces: which console you'll use
Sublime LMS runs in two ways: training workspaces assign courses to people, cohort workspaces run scheduled programs. Here is what each console contains.

Every Sublime LMS workspace delivers learning in one of two ways, and the admin console you see follows from it.
- Training workspaces assign courses directly to learners. They suit onboarding, compliance and professional development, where each person works through their courses at their own pace.
- Cohort workspaces run programs as scheduled cohorts. A cohort is one run of one program, with its own dates, weekly schedule, seats, enrollment rules and roster, and the program's modules unlock week by week.
An administrator chooses how the organisation delivers learning under Settings, Experience.

In a training workspace the sidebar is grouped into Operations (Dashboard), Learning (Courses, Assignments, Learners), Records (Certificates, Compliance, Payments, Activity Log, Reports) and Configure (Workflow, Webhook Logs, Management, Coupons, Credits, Settings). Sublime Intelligence sits at the top.
The cohort console Link to “The cohort console”
In a cohort workspace the sidebar is shorter: Dashboard, Programmes, Cohorts, Learners and Settings. Learners see a cohort home with their journey, weeks, live sessions, assignments, community and progress.
